He enjoys hand-building all sorts of boards (preferably skimboards and longboards) and is red-green color blind. On an ideal weekend you'll find him taking it easy with his girlfriend. Reed holds a degree in Computer Science from Cal Poly.
Xander Pollock

Loyal to his Father, & Sally Loo's Wholesome Cafe.
He enjoys an especially good cup of coffee and is an avid supporter of Tim Ferris. On an ideal weekend you'll find him holding hands with his fiance taking a nice stroll. Xander holds a degree in Visual Design from Cal Poly.
Niket Desai
a Co-Founder and Product Lead
Loyal to Chipotle, UC Berkeley, & SF.
He loves going to music festivals and occasionally guest lectures at UC Berkeley. On an ideal weekend you'll find him on the slopes of Tahoe trying to catch up to all the better skiers. Niket holds a degree in Industrial Engineering from UC Berkeley.
Matt Joanou
a Marketing & Sales Lead
Loyal to Firestone Grill, Los Lakers, & America.
If he's not up at night trying to catch an English Premiere League soccer match Matt will probably be on the road signing up new customers. On an ideal weekend you'll find him hitting the surf at one of the many beautiful beaches in Southern California. Matt holds a degree in Economics from Cal Poly.
